Prince of Tennis 32

Well this is kind of odd… I was expecting a double release again today. Unfortunately it’s just Prince of Tennis 32. Although it has been nice having just 1 release, I really do prefer releasing two episodes on 1 day, take a week off, and repeat. Now I have to work a wee little bit more every week, but that doesn’t matter much.

In case you haven’t noticed, the filesizes for the Prince of Tennis episodes have been decreasing a little bit each week. No, I did not start to encode these into a different codec format for better compression sizes. It’s just the way the Jetstream has been releasing it. I’m not sure why, but I’m certainly not complaining. The “quality” looks the same either way.

[/start Peter Griffin impression] You know what really grinds my gears? [/end Peter Griffin impression] The English voice cast for the Prince of Tennis. Seriously, almost all the actors have no expression or feeling for the characters they are voicing. It is utterly unbearable to watch your favorite characters become mindless expressionless drones. This makes me, and every single Prince of Tennis fan out there, absolutely furious. The official dub is almost as good as the fandub put out by Anime-Otakus. Almost.

I’m absolutely determined to create a FAN DUB that is far superior to the official dub. I am not quite sure of what episode to dub yet, but I wish it to be a good one. And of course, I am not going to be stingy like the people at VIZ and have only 1 person voice all the characters. That’s where the real fans come in.. If you are interested and think you might be able to contribute your talent of voice acting to this project, comment here, or somehow get a hold of me, and we can work something out. I think this is an awesome project for a bunch of real fans to do. Maybe set up a protest against the current English dub cast and demand a recast, collect a lot of digital signatures, print them out, include the finished copy of the episode that the fans dubbed, put it all in a package and mail it to the studio’s door.

Okay, I guess the whole last part probably wont happen (who knows, if there are enough people interested, it could). But I do want to dub an episode with some fans..

Prince of Tennis 31 / MAR 30 (Batch Torrent 21-30)

Toonami threw another screwball at me again this week by releasing new episodes of BOTH Prince of Tennis and MAR. Toonami’s schedule is now unpredictable. Be on the lookout for new episodes weekly.

I’m not going to write too much about Prince of Tennis 31, because the MAR batch release is pretty significant.

Batch torrent for MAR episodes 21-30 will be released sometime during 7-9pm CST. But when it is out, I would like you to be aware of the following. There will be no single torrent available for episode 30 simply because that would just be redundant. Instead, if you would like only episode 30, and not have to re-download episodes 21-29, simply use a popular BitTorrent client such as uTorrent or Azureus. Both of those clients have a selective download option that lets you pick what files you want to download from a torrent. So just select episode 30 and you’re on your way.

Again, it is also vitally important that you know that support for single episodes torrents 21-29 are going to be terminated. It is in your best interest if you were in the process of downloading or seeding them to continue your activity with the new batch torrent.

With this new batch torrent comes a request that all people capable of seeding do so. Large releases such as this make it harder for our personnel’s connections, and could use all the help they can get from every other seeder. Please, if you have an archive of our releases up to this point, I ask that you help seed.

If you happen to be getting tracker errors on the torrent(s), please just bear with it. Dreamora’s tracker seems to be goin a little crazy recently, but people can still connect and download via DHT, so there is nothing to worry about. You will be able to download and seed just fine. Sooner or later, the tracker will be fixed and those messages will disappear.

This week, there was only a new episode of PoT(30), so it would be assumed that MAR 30 will be out next week, and no new PoT next week. At least, that’s what I think. So PoT and MAR are alternating weeks now. Which kinda sucks, because I liked getting releases done all in one day, but oh well.

It’s opposite day today! Instead of POT being released first, this time its MAR. Reason being because POT on the Jetstream was being very uncooperative. But rest assured, POT will still come out.

So enjoy MAR in the meantime of waiting for POT! That’s pretty much all. Hehe.

Oh yeah, about that whole Counter-Strike:Source mini-clan of ours… that’s been put on hiatus for the time being x_x

Edit about POT 29:

If you couldn’t tell by the extreme delay of Prince of Tennis 29, I ran into a little bit of difficulties. But after hours of hard work and painstaking efforts, POT 29 is ready to be released for all of you. The filesize is about 30mb larger than usual because of the different methods I had to use to obtain the pieces off the Jetstream. This is nothing to complain about. Neither is the abrupt cut-off during the ending credits. The episode is fine. Enjoy if possible.

Also it seems that FileCrunch didn’t upload the file after it said it was complete, so I have to REUPLOAD it again. So BitTorrent is the only way to go for right now. I better not hear any bitching from any ungrateful pieces of shit.

Jeebus thats a lot of edits. Anyways… Unless I am recommended a RELIABLE and STABLE host to use, I think I am going to just stick with MegaUpload. FileCrunch totally went ballistic and I was not too happy. MegaUpload hasn’t screwed me over yet, so that’s why. Sorry about any inconvenience this may cause to anyone.

Get POT and MAR 28 nao!!!!!!

This week I have finally switched to FileCrunch, hopefully, this service will be reliable and more download friendly. I thank everyone for their recommendations of this hosting service. I am also currently looking into FlyUpload.. that looks pretty neat too. Tell me what you think in a comment.

On another side note, I would like to personally, and formally thank the users “Dao1pu” and “john do3″ for their contribution of taking the initiative to re-upload a few dead episodes to new hosting sites. It really helps a lot when I don’t have to do it all myself! Thank you guys, it makes me glad that there are generous people like you to help out like that.

Prince of Tennis 27 / MAR 27

Ah~ Prince of Tennis episode 27. Could a Monday be any better? If you really had to think about this question, the answer is yes.

Today’s episodes bring you more fun filled filler of POT and seem to be story of MAR. Although, this filler ep of POT is actually pretty funny. Well, in the original Japanese dialog I seemed to enjoy it anyway… One startling discovery I have just realized is that Karupin’s name is now… KALPIN in the dub! (I am well aware of the L/R sounds in the Japanese language) Doesn’t Karupin just sound 100x better though?! Anyway, enjoy these episodes.

I wanted to use FileCrunch this week, but unfortunately, the service seemed to be down at the time that I wanted to start uploading, so I again apologize for using MegaUpload -_- Please forgive me.

Prince of Tennis 26 / MAR 26

Finally, part two of the Ryoma vs Tezuka match. Originally, this was a double episode, but Toonami Jetstream is gay and split it up. (Try to) Enjoy this episode!

MAR is also going good with the release of episode 26.

And as some of you already know, POT and MAR have started airing on Cartoon Network television IN THE CORRECT ORDER. But then again, we are still the only place to get the newest episodes every week, 20+ weeks ahead of the Cartoon Network air date. So please continue to provide us with your support! :)

Prince of Tennis 25 / MAR 25

Delay? What delay. Here it is; POT/MAR 25!

Looks like the double episode of POT 25-26 has been split up into 2 separate episodes. It’s not that big of a deal. It would of been nice to have that match all together though. But whatever.

Again please help seed the torrents as much as possible as it really helps us. Batch torrents in another 5 episodes, so be on the look out for those. That is all

MAR 001-020 (BATCH RELASE)

Finally, after many weeks of delay, the MAR 001-020 batch has been released. From hereon (hopefully), there will be a batch torrent every 10 episodes. The next batches are a little ways away from now, but be sure to keep an eye out for those in the future.

With this batch torrent, means that support for the single torrent files of episodes 001-020 have been terminated and now focused on the batch. If you were in the process of downloading off the single episode torrents and find that there is no more seeds on the episode you want, jump on this batch and selective download what episode you need.

Batch torrents are also a current solution to the BT seeds problem. As I know many of you do not wish to be seeding 20+ individual torrents to someone when it is a lot more convenient to seed to someone in one giant torrent. The batch torrent will be replacing all the single torrents, if you just wanted a single episode from the batch, learn how to use selective downloading in bittorrent clients such as uTorrent or Azureus.

Please rename all files from double digit numbering to the new triple digit numbering and continue to seed and help us out for as long as possible. (Example: 01 becomes 001, 02 becomes 002, etc etc.)

Please help seed this as long as possible!
